We had our windows cleaned about a month ago and they have not lost their luster. WOW! I was impressed with the state of the art cleaning equipement at the attention to detail. Using Windex and a rag is a stone age process compared to the equipement used by Elite Shine!

Elite Shine Property Services recently cleaned our solar panels and we cannot be more pleased with the outcome. It has been a long time since they were cleaned and wow, what a difference it makes. They showed up exactly on the time scheduled and immediately went to work using their equipment to wash the panels and carefully managed walking on our not so easy roof, again with all their equipment. Furthermore they were very kind and thoughtful about our residence and they were a pleasure to deal with. There is no question in our mind that we will be recommending them and more importantly their prices are more than reasonable for what they accomplish. We are now once again saving greatly with our electricity bill and will not hesitate to have them again once our solar electrical output begins to dwindle.

The Elite Shine team did an outstanding job cleaning my windows and went above and beyond! They even got onto our roof and did our sky lights - which we were not expecting! The day after our cleaning there was unexpected rain, and Elite Shine reached out to come back the next day to do touch ups for free. They are an honorable, responsive, detail oriented business and I could not recommend them enough! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Your guys did a wonderful job! It took a bit longer because the company I used to use brought 4 or 5 guys and were finished in about 45 minutes. I reached out to Miranda and Javier to have the interior / exterior of my windows done at home here in Orange County. They did a thorough job on cleaning all my screens / windows , with a before and after that still stuns me . With all the rain we had last year I guess I didn’t realize how bad they had gotten. They even offered to repair one of my screens that was riddled with holes , and return it back to me a few days later. I’ve been using Elite Shine for a few years now for my windows, and they do a fantastic job. They are careful and meticulous in their work, and the pricing is very reasonable. I love supporting a small family business as well. This year, for the first time, I had them put up my Christmas lights. They look fantastic! It’s early November, so I can’t keep them lit just yet. I can’t wait until after Thanksgiving so I’ll just be able to flip them on and enjoy them! Plus, it’s nice to have the lights up early. Normally we do it ourselves and we procrastinate, so we only get to enjoy them for a couple of weeks. This year we’ll have a full month! Also, the lights are going to look so much better. Everything is totally custom, so there’s no extra hanging cords. We even had the option of getting custom cord colors! I didn’t even know that existed, lol. Anyway, the lights felt like a little bit of a splurge because it’s much cheaper to do it ourselves, but now I don’t have to worry about my husband falling off a ladder, so the peace of mind is worth it.

I’ve had solar panels on my home for about 20 years now, and honestly, I never thought much about maintaining them. You might think, “How could you not clean your panels for two decades—are you crazy?” Well, maybe a little, but truthfully I just never realized how important it was for performance. Elite Shine Window Cleaning has done a great job at washing the windows at my condo in Dana Point, they have also done a very good job at washing the windows at all of my friends homes. Having done my windows myself for so many years (and not very regularly), I was amazed to see how much faster it is and how much cleaner the windows are when you have a professional do it.
